I have anyways hated the gym and never kept it up consistently for longer than two weeks. Since I started women’s fitness I have been going 5 times a week and I love the classes and trainers. I just did the 6 weeks spring challenge and lost 1 stone and I signed up for another 6 weeks. Lizzie is my pt and she’s really helped to improve my form and confidence.

Great variety of classes Plenty time to fit in a session as open early morning until late in the evening. Open every weekend including bank holidays. Lovely staff and trainers

The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the gym just has a lovely welcoming feeling to it!! This is only my second week and I absolutely love it here. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

Great range of classes. I love the Zumba (Danny), Circuits (Cormac) and Step & Tone (Lizzie) classes particularly. The staff are always so friendly and cheery, which helps on days when I’m really not feeling like working out!

Love it as you can go to gym when ever you want. No booking. Great choice of equipment and shower facilities are brilliant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking which is great.
