All the classes are great and keep changing so it keeps you engaged.
The mic for the instructors in spinning is a bit annoying but that's my only negative feedback!
I use your online service and I book any class with Lorraine Hall. She is a fabulous teacher and explains every move, why we are doing it and how to protect ourselves against injury. 10out of 10

I think it's important to do PTs with a trainer because it's like beginning again
I have anyways hated the gym and never kept it up consistently for longer than two weeks. Since I started women’s fitness I have been going 5 times a week and I love the classes and trainers. I just did the 6 weeks spring challenge and lost 1 stone and I signed up for another 6 weeks. Lizzie is my pt and she’s really helped to improve my form and confidence.
