The lady that cut my hair was very nice, professional, and made the experience memorable. It was my first time so I got the VIP treatment. The hair wash and hot towel on my face was relaxing and ultimately what’s going to bring me back as a customer. It’s a little more expensive than I like but I’m okay with paying a few extra dollars to get great service and enjoy my hair cut. I know other places offer beverages. Wouldn’t be terrible to have something like a water or a Gatorade.

Only one thing, really, and that is your stylist/manager Felicia. I can get my hair cut about anywhere and the prices and quality are not a whole lot different, but I can only get to see Felicia in one place, at your store in Hayden. She keeps on getting busier and it keeps on getting harder to get her as a stylist, but Felicia is well worth waiting for. I will continue as a loyal customer as long as she is there to take care of my hair!

Great haircuts most of the time, but always a killer shampoo, scalp massage, while laid back in a massage chair with a hot towel wrapped around your face leaves you feeling like your legs might just not support your body without your knees buckling! (VIP Treatment worth every Penney)

The hairstylist was cheerful and happy to listen to what my son wanted done with his hair. He had gotten a couple of veeery bad haircuts before coming to sport clips and she did a great job of cleaning his hair up. I was very happy with how nice his hair looked when she was done.
