I love the personalization you get. When I walk into the McKnight Road location I am recognized and feel very welcome. Everyone there is always so nice and so helpful. I tend to go to the same two people because they know what I like. My hair always looks great and I always look forward to going back.

The staff is very friendly. They keep great records on the cuts and styles he gets and review them with me before they take him back. They make the boys feel important (mine is 12).

I love the level of attention that you receive from the staff. The shop is very clean and everyone is friendly, the quality of the haircut is second to none. You leave the shop relaxed from the hot towel and shampoo, but confident with a new swagger having a great do.

My son has Autism and wants his hair long, but he really needed a trim to clean it up. He had tears in his eyes because he really didn't want any cut off. Your employee was so kind and great with him. I really appreciated. He wants her to cut his hair from now on. We will continue to be a loyal customer.

I am very happy with your products and services. However, I did have a bad experience the last time I received a haircut. Not by the hairdresser, but with the manager on duty. I was told by her I would be next to receive a haircut in just a few minutes after she sweeps her floor. When she came back up to get me I stood up, and then she skipped me entirely. A teenager walked in the door, hugged her, then proceeded back to her chair to get his hair cut. The manager didn't say you will be next or anything. I was standing there expecting to be next, but I guess this teenagers time was more important than mine. I could tell by the print outs that there was not an appointment. She basically skipped me and had me wait another 15 minutes so she could take care of her walk-in guest. I was not very happy at that point. The lady that did cut my hair was very nice, and I was very happy with the results.
