My three boys (ages 12, 10, and 8) all needed haircuts. I brought in my oldest first, but had to leave before he was done to get the other two from the bus stop. The team at this SportsClips let me leave, then return, and they were ready and waiting to continue my oldest's haircut and take care of the other two. They are so nice and friendly with my boys and help them feel so comfortable. Thanks to SportsClips, gone are the days my kids complain about haircuts. The ladies also gave them great styles and talked about their favorite activities. It's so nice to count on them for great service.

In general, the new check-in process has been a big help in scheduling my hair cuts. This particular experience was great specifically because of Autumn. I tend to feel rushed when I'm getting my hair cut because of the folks in waiting room. I feel like hair dressers occasionally rush through a hair cut to keep things moving and to get more people in and out of the chairs. Autumn was very patient with me and listened to how I wanted my hair cut and reassured me that she wasn't in a rush. She was attentive, welcoming, and pleasant. I was also in a situation where I was short on money because I'd forgotten my wallet and only had some loose bills, change, and my checkbook. Rather than turning me away, she found a coupon that gave me enough to get my haircut and still tip. Instead of walking away frustrated and shaggy, I walked out of the door with a smile on my face and a great haircut. Thanks, Autumn!
