I only go to see Cindy Reiger but the entire staff is so nice. Very welcoming and professional. Cindy is a joy to be with. I never fell like she is pushing a product or service on me. I’ve used her for years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
Although I don’t use the weight loss services, I do buy protein bars and they are awesome.
I have only used Leslie for massage but may consider other services.
Well, I should begin on the childhood years. As a child I was not overweight. I was pretty active as a child, my weight didn’t go up till I hit puberty. I guess all that candy and Sweet Tea caught up with me. However when I hit about 15, the weight came back off, I was a cheerleader in the fall, and I played softball in the spring,and did a lot of other activities in between. Then when I hit 20's my weight started to climb especially after pregnancy but I didn’t notice it until the age of 30 gradually. As my weight continued to climb and sneaking up on me, I got a true wakeup call at age 35 when I got a physical weighing at 196 lbs and I'm 5'6. Being near 200 lbs and heading down the road of disaster. My family has a history of being overweight w/ type 2 diabetes.
Physicians plan helped me from becoming another diabetic statistic and educated me on how to keep my weight off by incorporating diet and exercise.
