A short distance from my home and near all the bars and restaurants in DT Hudson, I especially appreciate the convenience yet, I've yet to walk over...I prefer the car rather than lugging my Yoga Mat over hill and down dale. The facility, lighting, music, are all perfect when managed by my Fave, Jessica Rae...Yoga...the Airplane thing among others have proved challenging to me but I appreciate what Jess and the Yoga concept do for me...in light of all the time I spend in those bars downtown.

Tiffany was incredible! She explained each movement specifically. She was energetic yet had a calming voice. Her music playlist was excellent. T Swift! I will definitely return to yoga foundations with Tiffany on Thursday night at 5:30.
