Comfortable studio, with a variety of classes

The facility is welcoming, pretty and unique. The staff gave us a tour on our first visit. Free towel and mat service is fantastic. I've only taken one hot class but the instructor was fun and did creativeaand Igot a great workout.

Emily is amazing! I feel like I have visited a spa after one of her classes, but I also feel like I have strengthened my body.

I attended my first yoga class with YogaLife this past Sunday and really appreciated how friendly the staff was, as well as how clean the building was kept. The fellow Yogis and instructors were also very kind and welcoming!

Great instructor, room was actually hot (I don't like going to a hot yoga class in a semi-warm studio), studio is clearly marked so participants aren't all over the place, clean change rooms

The staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed Neil as a yoga instructor. The class was great. It had been a long time since I had been to a yoga class and he made everyone feel welcome and also challenged! Just what I needed. The facitlies are beautiful. overall really enjoyed everypart! Thanks!!

Oh - the only thing I'm a little dissapointed with is that Neil won't be teaching the same class again, or that I can see on the schedule.
