Love how approachable the insteuctors are, how they ensure you are doing the correct postures for the poses, the variety of classes (adore Vinyasa and Ashtanga - wish they were offered more :))

What do you like about our services?

I really like that the staff our knowledgeable and approachable.
The studio is well maintained and clean. I didn't rate it a 10 because I feel that there should be more towel bars available for hanging yoga mats (perhaps in the change rooms), and there always seems to be a plumbing issue be it the ladies washroom or shower heads or unsufficientlt cold drinking water! These issues aside the studio is swank!

What do you like about our services?

Friendliness of trainers and staff, cleanliness of facility, pace of the session. If you are new they are very encouraging.

I would like it if there were more Hatha sessions in the evening. There appears to be many Hot Yoga classes. I can't tolerate the heat. Thanks for your interest.

What do you like about our services?

its clean, you have classes CONSTANTLY so people with crazy schedules can always make it, you provide mats, lockers, and towels, and its just generally a great atmosphere. theres very little work required on the customers part to show up and get involved

What a beautiful studio! Its clean, well supplied with small grooming necessities which is a lovely touch.I have not yet used the showers etc but the locker room is well laid out and has enough space. Parking is great. I like the variety of classes. Each instructor has a unique presentation. So far all have been excellent. I am on holidays at home for two weeks, so decided to try out the studio to enjoy a variety of classes. Its close to home. I usually practice @ Moksha Sherwood Park and Sattva School. Just one comment...your hot room is lovely! But the 9:30 am in your moon room I feel cold and my feet are freezing! I like a warmer yoga room. Otherwise Awesome! Thank you. Name removed.

Great studio spaces, variety of classes throughout the day, friendly and helpful staff... I like that there's a lounge area to chat with people, there are bathrooms and proper lockers! The instructors have all been extremely wonderful!

What do you like about our services?

The class I had yesterday with Brandon was fantastic! usually I find power flow classes to be fast moving and you don't have time to get into the pose before you should be in he next pose. This class he focused on the movement more than the speed which was awesome! It was the best yoga class I had been to in a very long time! I will be back

Explain about the modified yoga poses. The display of the pictures
of the modified pictures on the display area or on the change will help the
yogis who are not at the advanced levels.
