What do you like about our services?

The studio is clean, instructors are knowledgable and the variety of classes makes it suitable for anyone to find one that works for them. That being said, I find that the prices are outrageous. Especially the drop in fee. I am all for investing in my health but I still find that the prices are unreasonable and could/should be lowered. As far as service goes though, I have nothing but compliments :)

What do you like about our services?

I like the number of classes throughout the day! I work full time down town but live on the south so I always have evening class options which is wonderful! I like the hot room and the tea lounge!

What do you like about our services?

is friendly and caring stuff , they notice and acknowledge my work outs and offer help and support, I hurt my hips in a car accident last April my mobility and agility is very compromise however they have modified some parts of the routines to help me gain more flexibility so I only have to say to all of the ladies .. a big THANK YOU for your help even last Wednesday was the first time back after my accident. so yes Thank you to all of them.

What do you like about our services?

The cleanliness,friendly staff, great atmosphere. A little disappointed
With the locker - key issue. May I suggest you call a local lock smith
To open and rekey the lockers that you do not currently have access too.
Customers accidentally take a key home. Have a master key created that is able
To open all of the lockers. Post a sign that reads - in order to sanitize the lockers
management will open every locker nightly. Enforce a key deposit system make people
Sign the keys out. Or remove the keys and force clients to bring their own lock. Same
Process every locker will be opened nightly.just s thought.
