The staff at ERS are friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient. We love using ERS, not just for electronics or appliances, but also the Art Department. They are great to work with and we appreciate the expediency they show with getting everything processed in a timely manner.

The services is very professional and very prompt. The turn around time for final reports is excellent. In just a matter of a day or two the final reports are completed and very thorough.
