Tina is fabulous, always a quick response, and always willing to take care of any issues.
Tim and his crew were very accessible and professional - helping us out with a smoke/soot insurance claim.
Work was done well and quickly and our customer was happy. If our customers are happy, then we are happy. There is a need for qualified and experienced restorers for consumer electronics and we are glad your number is in our files. We will be calling again.

ERS provides excellent customer service. We have called them to clean and assess damages on appliances and electronics for us on sewer and fire losses. They check for damages and restore/clean the items. They pick up and deliver to the customers home for convienence. Great company to work with.
