The techs meticulously cleaned all my items. The guys that delivered them back to me were extremely professional, personable, helpful and positive. They even hooked up my stereo which I had never been able to do. Everything that survived the fire delivered back in pristine condition; I am totally satisfied with the restoration that ERS did.
My only criticism is that when the fire happened--very traumatic for me--companies began showing up unsolicited and packing up/taking my things. I never contacted any of them including ERS. I was covered in soot, devastated, cat barely survived, home destroyed. Where did everyone come from? Dr. Name removed

2) Each item returned was nicely bubble wrapped to avoid damage.

ERS did an excellent job. They were professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Their advice and service was most helpful during a rather difficult time. They took time to explain each step of their process. They answered all our questions and worked in tandem with our insurance company. And they were friendly and easy to work with. The equipment taken off-site was returned looking like new!

Everyone that I spoke to or dealt with at ERS (Denise, Artem Vyravshchikov & Mike) were all very polite, positive and professional. A special note of thanks to Artem for being flexible and accommodating when there was a miscommunication regarding the location and on-site serviceability of the appliances (range and dishwasher) that required diagnostic testing. He even identified that the range hood should also be included in the water damage diagnostic testing. Job well done, Artem!!!
