The techs were on site 2 days after the fire and lightning strike. He was very thorough and checking all the appliances and even a couple I didn't think about.
He was quick about getting the report to my adjuster so that I could send at least get that part of my claim settled quickly and get new clients is on the way.
I feel that although I didn't choose this company I was very blessed and will definitely recommend them to others.

Our equipment was restored with safe, food-grade materials, and it was stored safely until our house was rebuilt and we were able to receive them. When I needed to pick up some components early, they were able to make them available at my convenience. Great experience all around!

I was displaced due to a fire! The experience was devastating and frustrating! There were a few situations that needed clarification regarding the items on our manifest. ERS went the extra mile to resolve them thoroughly and promptly! The staff is personable and knowledgeable! These factors helped to bring a pleasant conclusion to an unfortunate event!
