The guy who came to my house was one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life . Super polite and helped me big time . He even went beyond his job and checked out other things like my Blu Ray Player which I thought was ok . It too was burnt up by lighting . That young man is going to have his own business one day . TY for your help . I am very grateful

the Bosch dishwasher that was only 1 year or so old at time of fire came back with 3 black spots on door.....so we had to replace.
