Turn key service. However, only hot water is being delivered to my washer. I need someone to return to make certain it is connected to the cold water as well.

I did not use your services. The boxes of wet tax records were picked up on a timely manner, but since I found out my insurance would not pay, I had them shipped back to the business. I'm sure you would have done a great job, but now, if I ever get audited, I will let the IRS worry about the unreadable receipts and the mold. If you ever have an occasion to service a claim involving Liberty Mutual Insurance make sure they will actually cover the claim before you do your magic. Written verification would be a good thing. For about 3 weeks they said I was covered.

I was very impressed by ERS ~ always on time and provided quality service ~ I appreciated the time and care with which they set up my computer, printer etc after having checked and cleaned it after the house Fire ~ they kept the rest of my electronics which were returned months later in wonderful condition ~ each person that I dealt with was knowledgeable courteous and conscientious ~ many thanks!

Very friendly and the staff (Dusty) are very nice.
The clothes comes back clean, ironed and hung up with clear bags over them just like you get at the cleaners. Shoes come back clean and individually wrapped. All other linen come back nicely folded in boxes
