I actually used ART, the art restoration piece and was blown away with the result!
My lithograph had been damaged in a remodeling gone bad. It was torn a little but mainly the glass over the picture had scratched the image. Not only was the repair prefect, the 30+ year old imagine came back brighter and more colorful then I ever remember it being.

Everyone that I have come in contact with has been very compassionate and professional. I do wish that I wouldn't have sent some of my belongings that had no sentimental value (vacuum, etc) to be restored. Immediately after the fire, I was in a huge fog and didn't realize that I would be paying a lot of money to have someone try to restore something that was inexpensive and not that important. Live and learn and hopefully never have to be in the situation again.

I was impressed with the process after my fire. ERS was professional, took great care of my electronics and knew what they were doing. The inventory of my non salvaged items and salvaged items were printed for me before they left. My items were returned wrapped, cleaned, and didn't smell of the fire. My printer and computer work great. Thank you ERS, during a very hard time for me, for being awesome to work. I would recommend ERS to my friends and family.

ERS is a group of professionals that did their work quickly and answered any questions I had regarding my electronics and the fire damage. They were encouraging with regards to advice based on their experiences with what most likely could be saved and cleaned and the pieces that were most likely ruined. They were respectful of the fact that I was basically in shock after the fire. When my electronics were returned, they honestly looked brand new. Everything that was salvageable worked precisely the way it did before the fire. That is the most you can ask for.

I had a lot of companies dealing with my house fire. ERS was by far the best. They gave me quotes ahead of time to let me know what it would cost to clean each item, they were always very responsive on the phone. I never had to call back a second time.
