Several of the computer mouses were missing when the flood items were returned. What became of them?
You were willing to help me even though you were called out by someone else. You kept in touch during the process of checking all equipment. The delivery drivers were actually earlier than the estimated arrival time!

Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
Timely and everything was handled well. Only one problem, the reassembled vacuum cleaner brush belt was not reattached and was caught in the frame. I had to disassemble and reassemble it to make it work.
Otherwise there were no problems. Pick up and delivery personnel were efficient and on time. Phone support was easy to deal with and helpful.

Very professional and did a great job recovering and cleaning our various electronic equipment after a house fire. They were able to save data from several hard drives that had priceless videos and pictures of our grandchildren and extended family. They are reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We would highly recommended them to everyone.
