All questions were answered, and calls were returned promptly! On delivery day, each item was individually and meticulously wrapped. We cannot recommend this company enough! Every piece of art was just like new!

Each item was handled carefully and personally. the restored items arrived with a team to
unpack and inspect each painting or object. I really was impressed how the team took pride
in the restoration of badly damaged prints and watercolors. I have confidence in their work and would recommend ART without reservation

You did an excellent job on restoring my 2 Greek pots which decorate my home. I brought them down from Seattle in 2004 and this winter I noticed the pots had cracked and were ready to come apart.

I was surprised and impressed with how thorough the crew was when they came to our house. They removed everything that could possibly have been affected by the smoke. When the items returned they had been cleaned, and repaired if possible. We received an itemized list from before it returned of what was saved and what was scrapped. Items came back and were installed just like they were.

Very pleased with this service and the people I was in contact with. Staff answered the phone and were very pleasant while answering all my questions.

I was not aware that a company like this existed but I'm thankful they do.

ERS was great to work with. They kept me informed through the whole process. When I asked for an early return of one of my computers they made sure I got it quickly. I emailed to let them know I was ready for delivery of all the rest of my electronics and they emailed me right away to set up a date for the next day. They made sure everything was here and matched cords, etc. to each item. I got very efficient and friendly service. Great job! Thank you ERS!

ERS was sub contractor through SERVPRO Restoration after fire caused smoke damage to items in our home and everything has come back spotlessly clean - documentation of all items including photos and s/n's was provided along w/ estimates before beginning restoration of our items.
