Thank you for your feedback! Each of our massage rooms has individual controls for the volume of our spa music, so we can adjust for each client's preference. Please let your massage therapist know if you would like it the music volume adjusted during your future sessions. We do also have aromatherapy available as an enhancement for your massage, with ready-made blends as well as single note essential oils that can be combined in a custom blend for you and added to the lotion or oil used for the massage, as well as placed on a tissue below the massage face cradle for inhalation. We do not use diffusers in the spa because each individual's preference is different, and it would not be possible to clear the rooms of essential oil blends between massage sessions.
