Everything about Modo is excellent. It is a friendly environment for practicing yoga and barre, the instructors are incredible and guide you through workouts that fit what the level that you need that day while usually giving a really valuable message to think about. The wide variety of classes that range in the amount of stretching and strengthening is fantastic.
I've battled back problems for 10 years and after 2 years at Modo I finally feel like I have my life back. Thanks Modo!

I like being able to drop in for just one class and having a really good practice without feeling like I am behind or out of the loop for not being a regular. It's a very welcoming space.
Always a quick check-in; instructor always makes sure he/she tells the class that if they need a break/rest, or cannot do a pose, it is ok to rest. Like that the instructor always sits by the door to say good bye as clients are leaving.
