I really like the Prana Flow class and the new Friday 4:30 flow class at the Donald location. The extra non-heated class options are great, but a start time of 4:45 would be easier to get to from work.
It was my first time attending a class on Monday, February 2 and I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone was very friendly, helpful & informative. It was definitely a good first impression!
I loved how friendly everyone was, the studio was kept super clean. It was first ever yoga class and I was very worried I would stick out and that I wouldn't feel welcome but it was the complete opposite. I was very happy with my first experience.

Great ambience, great teacher, great clean locker rooms. Only wish the vinyasa flow in hot flow was a bit more challenging! I will be back.

I like the variety of classes but specif I call the hot flow classes. Also I'be tried the hot haha with live music and that could likely be done more often as it's quite popular

I love the flexibility of managing my class schedule with a click of a button in the Modo app. I love how each of the instructors brings something different to each class so there are a variety of personalities and movements.

I felt very comfortable even though I have very little yoga experience. It was my daughter's first class and she really enjoyed it! The room was the right temperature, the lighting was perfect, the instructor was the best and I loved, loved the live music!

I like the number of classes, the ease of using the app, the warm and friendly teachers, the accessibility to all levels of fitness, the amenities in the change rooms (yay for qtips and tampons! It's the little things), I like the new adjustment discs... Really everything. I recommend you guys to friends and coworkers all the time ❤️
