Everyone is so sweet here, I hadn’t been back in nearly a year due to pregnancy and birth of my baby, but when I returned they knew me by name. I also brought my baby to their day care and each time the young ladies running it were extremely sweet. It’s just as I remembered, a community that is inclusive and just wants you to feel your best. Love, love, love the teachers there! 100% recommend this beautiful studio.
I like that it is excellent for all levels, and great for someone like me who is getting back into exercise and has limitations. I love that the instructors are kind and motivating, and take the time to get to know you, your abilities and your needs. I am excited to join such a wonderful, positive place to become part of this fitness community,

Barre3 Newtown is my favorite workout studio in the area. I love all of the instructors, I love walking in to a friendly hello and feeling like I'm part of a community. The workout is always fun but I feel good after. I love the different formats they provide and I know no matter what class I take, I'm going to have a good time!
Great workout that is low impact that works on the whole body strength and cardio. What really makes Barre 3 shine is the focus on functional fitness, working on joint mobility, balance, and coordination.
