Hard effective class, great teachers and lots of classes
The employees were so friendly! I didn't feel uncomfortable for it being my first time because the instructor was so sweet! I wish the facility was larger and the monthly fees were not so high.

Online scheduling, everyone is very nice and helpful
Everyone is very nice and I like the classes. I just wish there were more classes scheduled, especially later at night and on the weekends and I wish they weren't so crowded.
Clean sunlit studio, an effective resistance workout that targets muscles not normally worked, parking is easy, easy access to Mopac, friendly instructors that are good at explaining the move and adjustments that should be made.

Great workout, friendly and informative instructors, great environment - clean, cozy studio. I wish it was more affordable because I'm not sure I can continue to take classes long-term, but the student discount is helpful.
