I already have recommended to friends & some are coming. I like the great workouts & the adaptability. I will say that I recently had a birthday for which we are always out of town. To give a birthday "gift" of free class ONLY n day of birthday rather than month was tacky! I'll come anyway but worth a thought.
Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The instructor provided very clear queues and was encouraging and motivating. The studio was so clean, open and filled with light. Loved everything about my experience.
Classes are consistent, great instructors and love the space! Only downside is parking.
