My daughter has the barre 3 videos and has been doing them faithfully. We were in New Orleans with family for a Tulane graduation and Sharon suggested we try the class since it was close by to where we were staying on Magazine Street. We showed up at the studio on Friday morning/May 16 and were able to get into the class. We had a great instructor and she kept the class moving smoothly from one position to the next with clear and concise instructions. She moved through the class giving individual pointers to individuals as well as demonstrating movements and positions in the middle of class. Yes, I did sweat and I am in shape for my age, there are about 25 years between me and my daughter and both of us have always worked out, ran, played sports and, of course, danced. Here's the best part, we felt a real comraderie at this studio, all ages with clearly one focus. We were back next morning for another class and luckily the same instructor. Congratulations - ballet+pilates+yoga / what a combination and totally manageable and easy on the knees. Best - Name removed/Boston

I loved how friendly the people were and how clean the facilities are. It's great that the mats are cleaned and you don't feel like you're in a gross workout room used by lots of people. Great workout and instructor!!

close to home and a different approach to working out
The teachers are wonderful. I see excellent results weekly from the classes. I feel pod when I leave. And the Childcare option really helps me. Barre 3 had really changed my life in so many positive ways!

The studio is so very, very clean. Instructors are clear in their directions and help out if you're having trouble. I wasn't made to feel ashamed of being in not-so-good shape. Personnel at the front desk are very friendly.
