Great people and a great workout!
The class is stimulating and challenging but I can self regulate. Great Teachers nice room like the barre close by lots of different times. Felt like I could join in even though heavy and out of shape.

Fantastic instructor! I went in with an ankle injury, and Jessica made sure that I was aware of modification and continually checked in on my form throughout the session (first time there). She also remembered my name, which made it very welcoming!

Great location, very helpful staff. Not accustomed to classes, seemed alittle full? But the instructor did a great job keeping everyone motivated and feeling included, despite level differences. Also, the space is lovely

It is a solid 60 mins of a work out... every single moment is intentional. Instructors are very learned and skilled. I have a great deal of faith in their abilities.
The pearl location is by far the best. The people are friendly and very welcoming. I just started up Barre after having my first child and I was nervous since this was the first time I have left my child with a stranger. I was very impressed with the way everyone introduced themselves like I was an old friend. It put my mind at ease while I was in class. I will only go to this location from now on.
