The facility was clean amd relaxing, the vlass was different than a regular workout, it challenged me, and I felt good afterwards. The fact that it's 3 blocks from work is nice too!

Well...the workouts, the caliber of insturctors, the variable hours, the ability to move class up to an hour in advance. Ease of scheduling and paying. I am not unhappy with anything except that Katy Goulart left.

I am disappointed with the class availability lately. With the spring challenge, classes are filling up extremely fast. I think it's great the studio is so busy, but I think it would be better if more classes were added to accommodate for the recent increase in clients. I'm not a challenger and am disappointed I chose this month to sign up for unlimited.

I like how easy it is to sign up for classes! And my favorite part is that with every move (or different work out position) the instructors give alternative positions to make the skill easier or harder which is perfect for the experienced and beginners to all get a work out that best fits them. They also emphasize not to be embarrassed about what level you are at that it is about strengthening your body.
