Workouts are efficient. Staff is friendly and supportive. Studio is always clean. The space with the window and light is refreshing. So much better than a sweaty old gym or stuffy yoga studio.

I always tell people about barre 3! I love the energy, variety and challenge of the barre 3 workouts. I also really like that the classes are all women. I feel much more comfortable and can focus better. The staff is always super nice too!

Jordyn remembered not only many of the students names but also seemed to genuinely care about the students. She continued to make sure we were pushing ourselves yet not pushing to a point where we were hurting ourselves. She also checked often to make sure the students were in the correct positions for not only the best workout but also to keep us from injury.

It was a wonderful, and informed workout. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the staff are very polite and professional. It is a great experience all the way around and I cannot wait to go to class again!
Very friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Clean all throughout. Beautiful facility. Excellent (tough!) class!! Wonderful all around! The ONLY thing I would change is putting a sign out front somewhere so it's easier to find the building :)
Friendly instructors, being greeted when you walk in the door, instructors are always willing to offer suggestions or comments before/after class, the facility is clean, delicious flavored water. Love everything about Barre3 Midtown!
