I like that the instructors know our names and seem very interested in our overall health. The studio is clean and bright (when appropriate!) I love the choice in music and I love all of the social media interest (the challenges etc.) It feels like a community and that is such a refreshing atmosphere. I brought 2 colleagues tonight in fact! Love the hard, balanced workout. All muscle groups are worked. All the different levels and adjustments offered. It's clean, bright and staff is super friendly! I love your summer teacher special - are you doing that again this year?

All my muscles hurt afterward, which is a good thing and it's pretty intense but not impossible, which is the reason I give up on a lot of these type of work outs.

When I went in this past Tuesday, Kimmy was very friendly and welcoming. My teacher today, Lisa was incredible and immediately came up to me and asked if I had injuries or if it was my first time, which it was. Lisa was great and I will continue to do barre 3 b/c of her.
I love that the staff is super friendly and is always there with a warm greeting. I love the energy of the instructors and the challenging workouts. I love the whole barre3 philosophy and have seen amazing results from it! Also, there are great, informative Facebook posts about workouts, nutrition, recipes, etc.

Good teacher: she knew the body very well, and was able to tell me what muscles were being worked so that I could make sure I was targeting the right part of my body (as a movement teacher, I'm picky).
Everyone is genuinely friendly. I always feel comfortable there. I love the workouts and never get bored. Most importantly--- I see results! And it is very clean which is a plus.
