I love the entire program, the concept, it's become a whole new way of life. The 28 day challenge was wonderful as it introduced me to eating even healthier than I already was. I will most likely continue to use many of the new ingredients I've been introduced to and many of the recipes too.

Love the teachers, the front desk has always been friendly, the space is clean and stylish, and the location is convenient. Only negative recently is the studio itself has been very humid approaching low heat hot yoga temperature :)

I like the barre workout itself, and the studio has an intimate feel to it that made me feel welcome and comfortable. Loved the peach water, too, but it ran out quickly. :-/

I love how fun the atmosphere is at Barre3 Berwyn. The music in every class is perfect and makes the workout so enjoyable. All teachers and clients are so genuine and upbeat. Barre3 has become a part of my daily routine simply because it lifts my mood every day and because I feel stronger and stronger each time I walk out of there.

Great and friendly customer service and in the class the instructors are great about making sure everyone can do the moves and if not then show modifications to the moves to make them easier in the joints/body but just as hard to execute to get a great workout
