The staff is very friendly! This was my first barre class and Heidi was extremely welcoming-- she gave me a tour beforehand and made a point to follow up with me after to see how I liked the class. During the class she gave great feed back, encouragement, and attention to individuals despite how large the class was.
Meeting Darcy was wonderful because her passion and expertise came through. It was a great workout and used muscles that I don't normally use. It was also a fun, clean atmosphere. Darcy was very good about correcting poses for individuals and being constructive with 1:1 comments and those to the whole class. It was also a good sign that everyone else there has been going for awhile and to see how toned they were.
I liked the location, design and atmosphere very much! I also liked the instructor Mimi. This was my first barre class but I have taken a lot of barsculpt and I preferred your class.
Nice studio, friendly staff and class went by quickly. I didn't get bored!
The teacher gave excellent thorough instruction and gave me individual help as needed. Love the way I feel today! The entire back side of my body feels tight. There are areas back there that have never been used!

The whole concept of Barre3 from the physical (pilates, yoga, ballet) combination but most of all the personalization that Katie and
Jessica add to the experience. They make each person feel that they know them, call them by name and engage them before, during,
and after class. The girls at the desk are very good as well. One instructor never calls anyone by name and addresses everyone as
Ladies over and over again in class. She never smiles, jokes, or greets anyone. Her class is good but it's the personal service that
will win old and new people to return and be part of the Barre3 family. If you can coach her it will be appreciated.
All of the extra things that you are doing for added value are outstanding as well. Keep up the great work!

I liked how the class could be modified to the individual. It was nice to be able to take the class with a friend who is in much better shape than me.
