What do you like about our services?

I've been taking Barre 3 classes for a year and a half. The "off the scale" progress has been my most exciting accomplishment. While my weight has stayed pretty constant, my entire body has changed and I've gone down a size. I'm leaner, stronger, and more confident with physical tasks. I recently talked to my husband about potentially switching to another workout studio closer to home, but I couldn't find one good reason to leave Barre 3. The workout, staff, studio, and music are all worth coming back for! Thank you B3!!!
