The instructors encourage us to listen to our own bodies. This awareness has been very important for me both physically and emotionally. The nurturing and accepting environment is just what I have needed in my life. Oh, and my shoulders are looking really good :)
I enjoy the classes and like the variety of time options. Additionally, I like the consistency of the instructors on particular days/times.

It is close to work and the staff are great! It is the first exercise studio/gym I have been in in years where the staff appear to actually care about you. I also like the number and times of classes available to fit most any schedule and the facilities are very clean. I will be back but I do wish you had a discount for state employees. Most of us haven't had a raise in 9 years and are low paid, therefore, I will need to figure out what to cut out of my budget. I'm hoping to get a couple of women from work to attend but cost is an issue for them, too.
