The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The classes have been a great way to get toned. It would be nice if there was more variety with the abdominal work though.

It was an incredibly welcoming environment in both the staff and the studio set up. As soon as I got signed up, the instructor quickly asked if I had any injuries to be aware of. So considerate. I thoroughly enjoyed my time!

I love the positive and supportive energy of EVERY staff member at Barre 3! I'm so glad I found such an amazing place to get fit. The work-out is challenging enough to keep me coming back for more. One if the things I love the most is the way the instructors always switch up the work-out-it's always new and exciting. Barre3 is a new kind of super sensational feel great therapy, with a welcomed side effect of tight buns. Barre3 makes working out a joyous experience. I constantly recommend it to almost everyone.

I love the actual classes and real life results that Barre3 provides, since starting Barre3 I have noticed that I have more energy and my aches and pains have become less frequent. I can feel my muscles getting stronger and I become more flexible and connected with my mind and body at each class. I believe that a lot of my success has to do with the instructors. Each instructor is very knowledgable about the class and they are all very hands on. They get to know each client and will correct any bad posture during a class. I would attend a class everyday if I could!
