It is smart, effective, cardio that even manages to encourage calm relaxed breathing and honoring your body. It is a beautiful way to have it all in 60 minutes.

I recently tried another studio, and it just confirmed how much more I enjoy barre3 classes. The instructors are awesome- I really like Bo and Rachelle and the bright clean studios. Also- as far as technique goes- I enjoy the barre3 method, with the intense holds, and flow from
Movement to movement. My only reservation is the price of the classes, but have been glad for all the deals that have been available. It would be great if you offered the early/late special that is offered on the eastside. Just my two cents! Overall- a great workout!!

Welcoming environment and fun classes
There are a multitude of things that I appreciate regarding this location; the cleanliness, the layout is open & not over crowded, the schedule provides several time variation including early mornings on the weekends. A majority of the instructors are well educated to modifications & communicate regularly through the class regarding small & large cues to push yourself greater or to make modifications for injury.
I appreciate the consistency of your business practice to check in with every individual (when possible) regarding "How do you feel today?" The variations to the routines and utilization of the strap.
