I love the instructors, the environment is always positive and warm. The class sizes have been perfect! The childcare is awesome!! Only suggestion I have is for a few more class times to be added to the schedule. I would love a 7:30am option.

The environment is very healthy the instructors and the staff are extremely helpful,polite, caring, welcoming, accomodating and energetic. I wake up every morning ready and happy to attend the setions. I love and enjoy the classes and I feel happeier, healthier and energetic as I leave the classes. I have knee pain the instructors are very conscience about it and try to help and teach me about accomodations. Since I began the classes I realized I am more flexible especially around my joints.
I try to be your walking advertisement as I usually make it a point to bring barre3-rosemont during my conversations with friends and people in general, I will continue to do so as I believe in the program and I will stay as a committed member. I would like to thank my daughter Brigitte who introduced me to the program. Good Luck

The instructors (Karen and Emily) are amazing! They tend to individual's needs and make everyone feel comfortable. They challenge us but understand that we may need modifications too. While I do not attend many of Lauren's classes (only have taken 2 since joining in October), I know she has great intentions. I don't enjoy her classes though. I feel she may work at a certain level physically and expects us all there. She's a sweet person and maybe as time goes on I will feel challenged to take on her classes again.
I like the requirement that you need to sign up for the classes. It makes me 'commit' and also ensures that the classes are not overly crowded. I appreciate all of the instructors...so encouraging!! I also like the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the studio. I always leave feeling so good!
