Really enjoyed the classes
Andrew at the front desk was really helpful as I haven't been to a class in a very long time. I was clearly the oldest and most challenged client but Ashley? Was very encouraging and did some modeling of poses for me. I also felt comfortable to not do each and every movement. I will be back.

Childcare
Your location is easy to get to. I have taken several other barre classes but really like Barre3's balanced approach. The workouts are very challenging BUT gentle on the body. I like that the instructors encourage you to select the options that feel best for your body when doing a particular exercise. I love that there is a significant amount of stretching in the class!
Every workout is slightly different and the hour flies! The teachers are wonderful--full of energy, friendly, and caring. Very glad I tried it and joined. Can't wait to see my body get stronger and reform!!

Friendly environment. I have enjoyed the teachers and I think I am highly critical of teaching and their classes. I like diversity in a class. Make sure you change up things in class so it doesn't get monotonous.
