Classes are offered frequently which makes it easier to fit them in amidst my crazy life and schedule.
The classes are mostly well taught. I have preferences, but overall the quality of instruction is excellent.

My instructor made feel comfortable on my first visit. Sometimes new places can feel intimidating and I was very greatful she had the patients to help me during my class.

Ease of scheduling classes that fit my schedule, child care area, gentle corrections instructors give during class, all the options you are given in class so the match your physical abilities, upbeat and friendly staff and instructors.
I love the community -- talking with everyone before and after class. My time there gives me so much more than a workout (although the workout IS killer). Class calms me down and lifts me up, and what I've learned from the barre3 team has changed the way I use my body in my daily life. I love that my kids can't wait to see the childcare providers, too!

As always going to barre 3 is heaven for me.
I have been under a lot of stress these past few months and every time I walk in I am always asked how I feel and how my famy is doing.
It is great to feel at home...
The fact that Nora comes every month to teach and check up on her shop is dedication at its best.
She makes sure she connects with each and everyone of us and also asks how things are when she is gone.
Am looking foward to next week when she comes back for the holiday.
She has left her studio in good hands and should feel proud.

The class was awesome! Becca was a great instructor and helped me understand the proper posture and form for each move. She switched it up and kept it fun and challenging. It was a great class and I will be back tomorrow morning! I love it!

I love the classes. Every teacher adds something different or explains the exercise in a different way. We learn more this way and it's more interesting. Great studio too. Good location and many classes.

Variety of schedule options. Clean facilities. Although can you please switch the shampoo in the showers back to what it was before? The new stuff has a VERY strong perfumey smell and makes me itch. Something milder would be a lot more friendly to everyone. Thanks!

Challenging workout, complementary to my current running routine. Excellent staff who call me by name and are very personable. Women ho are strong, authentic and engaging. It feels very different, and inviting, than your regular gym or workout studio.
