Frinedly, throrough, and left no question unasked.

Technician was very thorough and explained potential problems with appliances and future costs for replacement of such things as the double layer shingled roof. He tested everything and looked into difficult areas to access such as the attic and top of rood peak by the chimney. He also explained anything that did not appear to meet code requirements.

So thorough, respectful and friendly. I felt confident in his work. He even changed his boots when he came inside. The report was invaluable in deciding whether to purchase the house.

That he was very friendly and joked around with us and was very formative with everything he inspected and answered all my questions I would highly recommend Brent Peterson he did an awesome job!!!!!!!!!!

What was not to like. The inspector was so polite and very honest. Not much was wrong with the place but the electrical panel was in issue. Thanks to the report, the owners lowered their price to help me out. The inspector was thorough and took the time to sit with me and explain a lot of things and told me things I never new. I would recommend this company to anyone that is interested in have a home inspection done.
