The ease of searching of what I need
Members of my primary association get their CE for free - that would be nice to get from Mainstreet as well.
Also - the MRED MLS is quite cumbersome - there's no way to quickly look for a comp on a property you're trying to research. Would suggest a move to another provider like Rappatoni or FLEX
Many Agents are requesting one day codes for Sentrilock lockboxes, and sending out unlicensed assistants to show properties - I've caught this happening twice on my listings.
Stay out of social issues….you are a platform that is all.

I am an appraiser and I have to use the MLS, but I don't think realtors are taught how to correctly put information in.
Our office didn’t receive any emails regarding the sales awards. Had to make a call to figure out what happened. Long wait times on phone. One time in particular there was a loud dog barking in the background. Customer service is horrendous.
I enjoy the variety of the courses offered and the different methods available to take those courses.
I also love that there is so much information readily available on the website.

The onboarding process could be more clear because it’s confusing for new agents. Would love to have some kind of a step by step worksheet of what needs done.

Private should be done as a standard MLS withoit outside internet.
Be consistance with ruling advice.
Be more intune with actual sellers wishes
