Fast response to questions
I have been a real estate agent for 30 years. I think that the dues are getting a bit out of reach for the vast majority of agents. While I do see an effort by your employees to field complaints efficiently and resolve issues I still feel that the increase in dues is unwarranted.
Easy
As I now only work part-time in real estate, i don't know what else could be improved on except the hearing/mediation process on cases between agents/companies and public. I have had two very bad experiences when the decisions were made by people that 1) haven't sold real estate in years and 2) don't have to give an explanation for their logic of how they determined their findings. I come from a law/court room background and that could never happen in the real world.

All other Realtor that I know are part of MORE.

Service is always quick and efficient. Staff is also professional and patient in regards to answering any questions or services needed for Agents/Brokers.
Availability of information, classes and training.
Ease of scheduling classes, knowledgeable professionals and reminder of upcoming payments due.
No disappointment I just don't feel like I get much out of my membership fee except access to the MLS.
I'm looking for more attention/effort in the northern regions of the association. I think the association lost a lot of respect after the boards one sided decision to discontinue 1 day codes. The failure to consult with, or listen to the northern markets that run into many agents with out Sentri Lock Cards really disenfranchised a lot of members up here. Naperville/Downers Grove is not the center of "the universe".
I never use Sentrilock and I wish I didn't have to pay for it. I have paid for few years now, and have not used it. Not even once! Please make an option of having or cancelling it. It matters to those of us who does not generate much income. Than you!
