Returning phones calls when promised
consider circumstances of realtor when you impose fine for few days delay
So far the team members with whom I've had contact have all been professional and extremely helpful!
Fees continue to go up, its nice that the anual bill cones out early, but I would like to have the option to pay any amount up to the due date in December, for example if I want to pay $100 in July, $100 august, etc, it requires us to pay total all at once, it would be easier for us to make smaller payments, total must be paid in full by due date
MainStreet is always there for me when I need an answer.

Keep up the clear communication and help us to stay on top of the hot topics. For example, I really appreciated a recent voice mail message telling me to complete my ethics class. I easily scheduled it and there I am.
This is a ever changing world recently and we do this job alone as Realtors.We need the organization to show us you are with us so we can really feel it!

I like the fact that I can depend on Main Street, to keep me up to date with current events and changes. I like that they are on the cutting edge of technology. I like the amount of classes they provide for our members. I like that everyone without exception, in my experience is helpful, polite and usually solves my issues.

It is what I hear about the fines levied on the members that work so hard to serve the public. Make 100% clear what is unacceptable in advertising.

My one issue would be that the Tinley Park office does not offer many of the great classes available in Downers Grove and Arlington Heights.
Many agents simply cannot travel that far, don't have time because they are working and have families to care for. Traveling to DG or AH is a major trip and can take between 4 and 5 hours out of the work day to travel to location, take a class and travel back home.
Too expensive when you're licensed in 2 states. I don't use most of your services, and most of the events are on the north side.
