We as new Realtors need new, youngerinstructors. Some instructors have been around too long. They can't relate to anyone new.I had one instructor tell me " just keep up" after asking Peggy a question.
. Not Good instruction! Question need to be answered and explained.
Instructors that can't get out of there routine are useless.
Anytime I need direction or help with something, a staff person steps forward and the issue is quickly resolved. Ramona Schimka deserves the Oscar for her knowledge, professionalism and geniune desire to help. I have also had good experiences with Jen Marquart and Tracy Marquart. Name removed
