Very personalized, no long term contract commitment, training program is developed based on my needs and goals and is not based on a general one program fits all type of approach.
Overall I am very pleased so far with my experience and Orange Shoe and I am looking forward to seeing the results after the first month or so of training.

Everyone is so friendly and motivational! They make all levels of ability feel welcome. The trainers take care to make sure you have the proper form and are getting the most benefit out of each exercise. It's a really fun, upbeat environment.
I love the accountability. If I am not at class I am missed. That is a great feeling. The notes that come in the mail are one of the best things about OS, too.
