I had never been fitted for a shoe before until Tuesday. The best experience I have ever had while shopping for a new pair of shoes. Debbie was very nice fitted me with a great pair of shoes. I have always been a fan of fleet feet and my experience just solidified it. Another program fleet feet runs is the speed workout at the TU track. I participated last Tuesday. My first time. Enjoyed it.

My husbands podiatrist told us to go to Fleet Feet for proper fitting shoes with air circulation. You had just the shoe for him. You have carried the shoe and my husband is the kind of guy that wants to walk in and get the same thing again. You still carried the same basic shoe. He really likes that. I like it because I like fit and style so even though I am silly about wanting a pretty shoe at the same time as a well fitting shoe, the salesman met my needs. I definitely recommend it to people to go to for shoes especially if they have problems with their feet. We aren't runners or even walkers but nobody makes us feel like we don't belong in your store. Your sales staff went above and beyond. My daugher was in an accident 8 months ago and had issues with her feet before the accident. She has orthodics from the therapists we had been seeing. Your staff was awesome and very patient to help her find the perfect shoe so she did not roll and had the correct gate. I really wish I had the names of two ladies that helped us they were wonderful. You have a great staff and you should be very proud of them. I was impressed and very grateful. Thanks!
I loved that my salesperson (David) was very knowledgeable. It's helpful when the person fitting your shoes is a runner and knows his stuff. I am a new NoBo person and needed/appreciated his expertise. I've had a bad fit before and it's the worst!

The time and service I got from the young lady (in reference to my age) that helped me. She took the time to see that I got the proper fit, shoe type, and shoe insert for my feet. I am very pleased with the service and how the shoes make my feet feel on the track. She really seemed to know what she was doing.

I like the fact that you guys keep everything that my family buys on your computer. I can never remember what I wear let alone my two daughters and husband so when we look the list in the computer to "see what we got last time" it sure makes things easier.
