I do the Running programs and I LOVE how organized and encouraging they are. I was NEVER a runner. As a matter of fact I hated running. I joined cause a friend asked me to and now I am hooked. I found it to be extremely therapeutic and the best way to loose weight and get in shape. The staff really pushes you and makes it seem like more fun then work. I recommend the NB to everyone I see!!! I just wish I would have join sooner.
