I liked the entire experience from the hair cut to the hot towel over the face, and the shoulder massage. The stylists are personal, great to talk with, and did a great job on the hair cut.

It's the people mainly. Everyone has been friendly and personable, and I have especially liked Kaitlin (I hope that's the correct spelling of her name)in the Greensburg location.
And I like the overall idea of a shop that caters to men.
