The quality of service--unlike that of some other national haircut brands--is consistently good.
By personal experience I have discovered this is not always the case with other brands.
This consistency is important to customers who divide their time between two or more locations and, of course, by those whose lives include considerable travel and have to grab a haircut when on the road. Keep up the good work.

I like pretty much everything. The staff are courteous, very polite, and thoroughly professional. I've never had a bad experience there. I've been very pleased with the haircuts they give me. I also buy some of the products you sell, particularly the Tea Tree moisturizer.
I have never had a bad cut out of the 8-12 different ladies that I have had in the 4 years I have been going to Sports Clips. Lauren has become my go to and hope she remains there. Always pleasant and does a great job. The same person in New Orleans cut my hair for over 40 years and I am very very particular with my extra thick hair even at almost 85 years old & will always be. I checked in online for my sons to get trims. We signed in and were greeted by stylist, Tiana. She took my first son back right away and gave him a nice hair trim. Then cleaned her station thoroughly and took my other son for a haircut. Tiana did a great job and I will definitely return again. She was friendly, helpful and professional. This location was clean and organized. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
