This was my 10 year old’s first salon haircut (I have been cutting it until now) and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience with nothing negative to say about it whatsoever and only wants to go to sport clips salons from now on!
At my recent visit, Valerie cut my hair and she was very attentive to the way I wanted it cut as well as being very personable and we carried on a nice conversation throughout my visit!
My only complaint was your new website is not working correctly and although I signed in online it did NOT confirm or register at the shop and I was lucky to arrive at my appointment time and was able to get right in. But there were no reminders as to my wait time so it was hit or miss if I had my appointment!!
